Smoking Policy
To all those who are Ignorant
It is easy for those of you who do not pay attention to HOA business or have access to HOA Board emails to be ignorant of the facts. If you are one who attended the HOA Board meeting and observed the voting on smoking around the pool, you should not throw stones unless you know the whole story.
The 2023 Smoking Policy Vote
The 2023 HOA Board lead by Charles Blanchard, voted on allowing smoking at the pool. The argument was that we do not limit smoking in any other common areas so why the pool. The vote was unanimous, including Roseanne (Bully) Sanders, to allow smoking in all common areas including the pool.
The 2024 Smoking Debate
Early in 2024 Ken was updating the Rules and Regulations. Seeing the new smoking policy around the pool sent Roseanne (Bully) Sanders into a frenzy.

So, the next time anyone wants to throw stones they should make sure they know all the facts. Then if you want to throw a stone, go for it.
